Rides with DFWNoise is operated by Joey Rios (the registered brand name for this service), doing business as DFW Noise, in Fort Worth, Texas. This policy describes what information we collect through rides.dfwnoise.com and how we use it.

What we collect

Riders who request a ride provide their name, phone number, email address, pickup address, and ride details (date, time window, number of riders, and any notes they choose to add).

Drivers apply on this website and are approved by our administrator; they provide their name, phone number, email address, home address or ZIP code, and vehicle description.

How we use it

We use this information only to operate the ride service: matching a ride request with drivers within about 5 miles of the pickup, sending those drivers a ride alert, letting the driver who claims the ride contact the rider, and coordinating the pickup. Driver home locations are used only for the distance match. Rider contact details are shown only to the administrator and to the driver who has claimed that ride.

Text messaging

Drivers who agree on the application form and are approved receive ride alerts by text message from (817) 765-6665. Message frequency varies with ride demand. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, HELP for information.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your text-messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share information only with the service providers needed to run this service (for example, our text-messaging provider, which delivers the alerts), and only so they can perform that work.

Retention and contact

Ride and driver records are kept only as long as needed to run the service and meet election-administration needs. To ask about or remove your information, call us at (817) 765-6665.
